    Hi d00by,

    Welcome at Wilders, :)

You can manually download the database files from the following two locations:
    http://www.wilderssecurity.com/sbdatabase/sbdatabase.dtb
    http://www.wilderssecurity.com/sbinfo/sbinfo.dtb
Just save the files to your SpywareBlaster directory overwriting the old ones.

Are you experiencing troubles using the built-in updater?

    Regards,

    Pieter

    thanks

    :)

    Thanks for the help...

My update feature is working fine.

I normally update my s/w manually as I want to apply them to my home system which I do not use frequently for surfing the net.

hence, I download the patches from public systems like the one I am on now and THEN i apply them on my Home system!

    Thanks for the help...

Actually, the latest updates for SpywareBlaster can be found at these addresses instead:

    http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareblaster/sbdatabase.dtb
    http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareblaster/sbinfo.dtb
    http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareblaster/ckdatabase.dtb

    You'll need all three files.

The links Pieter posted point to an older release - the ones above should always have the newest definitions. :) (Pieter found the older links in another thread of mine - I forgot to update them - my mistake!)

    Best regards,

My bad, should have checked.
Can´t expect you to go around altering your old answers. You´ve got other things on your mind. ;)

    thanks!

I had found it strange that the files I had downloaded earlier were smaller in size than the older ones.

    I had updated them anyway.

I am going to install the new files of spybot that has just been given by you...

    thanks..
