Edit to update what's been fixed with new version. All changes are in bold or italics

    I'm having problems! :D

    1. Fixed Build 2777 If I try to change default options to verify a backup it always gets cancelled with an error, and the backup file is deleted.
I think this has been fixed, I did a test run of a small backup and set it to verify and got a "this operation completed successfully". Nothing in the log indicated the backup being verified though so I can't be 100% sure. I have changed my schedules to verify.

    2. FIXED Build 2277 Scheduling isn't working too well for me. ... <Snipped the rest>
These all seem to be working fine now. Awesome! :)
    3. I'm trying to verify that my boot cd will save my butt in the case of hard drive failures (both system and backup drives). When booting with the TI Boot disc, TI is unable to read my disc in my USB2 DVD Burner drive. It just constantly shows an hour glass on the + icon and cursor shows a wait icon, but TI never opens the drive. Network drives also appear to be unreachable, and do the same thing. Opening these discs in Windows works fine. I choose the first choice when TI Boot screen comes up (the one that is supposed to load more drivers). Is there something I can do to fix this? My external is a Pioneer 109 in a AMS Venus enclosure. Hooking it up as an internal would be possible, but obviously not ideal. I had read something about a BartPE plugin, but that it was only available to Enterprise users or people that were unable to access a drive with the bootable Acronis TI disc. If this would be aplicable to me, I would like to do it, this external drive worked well with Image 4 Windows and it's Bart PE plugin. Otherwise, please let me know what I can do to access this drive. :)

    Thanks,
    Marc Peters

Ok 2 of 3 fixed with an update, but still no reply!

I've done more testing with the boot disc and F11 recovery and still don't have access to my external drive.

Furthermore, now when I try to check a backup while in recovery mode it mostly fails - although some of my smaller backups successfully verified. I was also unable to recover ANY of my backups either on hard drive or CDROM. In the case of Windows becoming unbootable I will be screwed because TI won't be able to restore. This is kind of frustrating because when I was on trial TI at least was able to recover when the backup files that were on hard drive - now the recovery mode seems like a disastor.

Any ideas of things I can do, or just wait for next build and hope? :doubt:

Well I'll keep talking to myself. :p

Had a thought, "If the bootup disc from trial worked...". Well yup, popped it in and it successfully restore my C drive backup. Build was 2245.

This will work fine until TI gets fixed.

Although my external CD Drive still doesn't work. :(
