Page 30 of Acronis True Image V9.0 user guide says (in part): "you can select Fixed Size and enter the desired file size of the specified size."

I desire to split at 1492 MB. When I type this (1492 MB, 1,492 MB,1492MB, 1,492MB) into the designated box, I receive the following error message
"You have entered invalid archive split size. Please enter valid split size or select autosplit."

I shall appreciate any assistance that may be offered.

    Many thanks,
    Charlie

Unbelievable! The 1492 MB and 1492MB both work fine in True Image version 8 for me. I never tried adding a comma. How can these not work in version 9? Where are the rabbits who programmed version 9 and why weren't they fed properly.

    John:

Both 1492 MB and 1492MB also worked for me in TI Version 8. Hopefully, tech support or another member of this forum will have some insights on the problem.

Wait for another build of TI 9 where this bug is reported fixed.
