One of those options was a refund. Many people are claiming that refund requests are going unanswered. A lot of others claim that free license requests are going unanswered.
Remember there is always the option of doing business with a competitor.

Comment: Dallen: Other links edited: if you wish to start a topic about other vendors please do so in the appropriate forum - Pilli

Comment: Pilli: If you followed thiis thread, you would clearly see that I was speaking in response to refund concerns that other members brought up in this thread. The specific topic of refund alternatives was brought up by another forum member. Furthermore, the topic clearly falls within the scope of the broad title of this thread, "I do not think all has been said regarding TDS-3." - Dallen

*Again*, I am not responding to dallen's posts as just about everyone here already knows that he just has a childish long time personal vendetta against me, and I am only here to provide software, not to get involved in anything personal.

For those who don't know me very well, I just develop security software. I could develop a lot of different programs, but I choose to invent and develop software that actually helps people, so to be honest I still don't quite understand why Dallen spends/wastes so much of his time attacking me, but it's no skin off my nose and it's only his time he's wasting, and all for nothing, although I can't help but wonder how much more productive his time might be if he maybe attacked people that developed malicious software instead.

I understand and appreciate that due to the complex nature of security software my programs won't suit everybody, but it's entirely your choice as to whether or not you use my programs (and that's how it should be!), and unlike most sites we provide free downloads to ALL of the programs we sell (although we only sell a few programs because everything else on our site is 100% free), so you can try everything before deciding whether you want to buy.

Guys, I am only one programmer - I can't do everything, so although I would like to churn out program after program week after week like big companies do and like Dallen thinks I should, I cannot. Some things just aren't possible when quality is of the essence, but I am extremely proud of what we have been able to accomplish so far and what we've been able to provide our customers over the last nearly two decades, and also the most important part - VERY excited at where we are sitting now and where we are going in the future. Very exciting times ahead :)

    Anyway, back to work

As for myself, I have ONE last question to DCS. How long doest it take to a company who repect itself to answer their good customers?

Since two months now I wrote three Emails but did not get any reply.

Tell me Wayne, what else should I do to get a answer?

Antarctica there are two of us who answer emails Monday to Friday (myself and Gavin), so if youve sent us an email it shouldve been answered within 24 hours if it was sent during the week, or on Monday otherwise, although yes the last month or two has been extremely busy due to the discontinuation of TDS and free license offers for Port Explorer and ProcessGuard, but i'm proud to say that as of six hours ago we've now given away just over 14,000 free licenses, or just over half a million dollars worth, and it has been very rewarding getting emails back from customers who were experiencing and enjoying PE and PG for the first time :)

Anyway feel free to private message me your email and I'll respond personally

    Best regards,
    Wayne

DCS have made some great products, of that there is no doubt ! And if the recent announcements of the Betas bear fruit, sooner rather than later, then there is light at the end of the tunnel after all.

I really do feel though that it wouldn't be too difficult or expensive at all, to employ an office helper of some sort. This would only need to be on a short term contract basis, to help sort out all those lost and unreplied emails from people.

This Will, and Would have freed up the guys, enabling them to concentrate on the software, which could therefore have been released that much earlier !

It was stated only today that there are just the two of them Trying to doing everything. So why they Didn't and still Don't even at this stage, employ someone to relieve them of the paperwork is a complete mystery to me ?

Maybe they now might like to consider just how beneficial this would be, not only to them, but everybody else also. And at a very minimal cost too, because the cost of further weeks passing with more and more disgruntled people being left in the dark, is significantly far greater. And will take a lot longer to heal !

But i do wish them well inspite of everything, because i don't feel they are bad. They just made a mistake, a big one, but non the less an error of judgement. Which they can Now start to make amends for, by seriously considering my proposals, and acting upon them forthwith i should say.

So they've given away a half a million dollars worth of licenses. God bless 'em. So where's my crummy $50 refund?

Wow! Over 400 posts... I think enough has been said about TDS-3 and we should all put our harps away and keep up with the latest trojans.

Yep...DiamondCS has disseminated no real information about its products, website, nor why it continues to claim how it's successfully managed to appease its disgruntled customers yet there seems to be those that have yet to receive even a response to their cash refund requests. Typical DiamondCS, nothing's been said, so enoughs been said. Time to close the thread. Better hurry before some real information gets here.

Very good, dallen :) But doesn't it highlight that talking to a dead horse is pointless. Let's move on....

It's also pathetic that you had no originality and edited the picture I posted and could not come up with your own.

This thread is redundant and dead. It's all repetitive now. You're preaching to the choir at this point Dallen. It's time to move on before you self destruct with your hatred for Wayne and his company.

Actually, I thought it pretty creative and quite humerous. I didn't mean to take your little cartoon and throw it back at ya. Don't take it personally. As far as my "hatred" for Wayne, actually I don't even dislike him. As far as his company, I think he is capable of doing much better. His decision making needs work and calling his customers names seems a little childish, not to mention not very smart.

It's not personal. You have far more post that are redundant in their content than I could ever dream of coming up with.

That being the case and this thread being repetitive in its post now I figured as I being of the opposing position on your views i may as well engage you in some light hearted jousting until the mods decide this thread has run it's course and close it.

As for the little cartoon, I already had that in my bag of tricks. It's not as if you tossed it back at me more than gave it a cheap graffiti job and showed it to me before I shrugged it off.

Lets see what you have to offer with the B.S. in BS that you have. I'm sure us Wolverines just North of you can best it.

Let me break down what you just said...
    A claim
    "it's not personal"
A gramatically incorrect sentence [posts not post] that directly contradicts your claim. It's not personal followed by a personal attack on my previous posts.
"You have far more post that are redundant in their content than I could ever dream of coming up with."
Remember...I'm not saying these things in a vindictive way...it's all light hearted and again, it's "posts" not "post." It's plural in the context that you use it.
Good point...I'll give you that one.
Nice play on the B.S. However, now I must attack you on the originallity issue. My 5th grade cousin came up with that already. I hope that you can do better than that. That's reminiscent of the Wolverines performance on the grid iron against the Irish a couple weeks back. Didn't they lose that one in the "Big House."
