We are paranoid in protecting our pc’s, several layer of protections even was not enough for some… maybe we forgot something, how about protecting our health and well being? Maybe, I’m in a wrong post, but I think this anti-radiation software should also be a part of protection we should not ignore. Several studies says that EMF radiations really exists and our personal computer was included in the lists among w/ cell phones, microwaves etc. I’m just wondering if anyone of you there knows if there are some downloadable free version of anti-radiation software program that we can install in our pc to run in the background and protects us in real-time every time we start our pc. :-*

It seems to me that any such software would have to be run on a device that was external to the PC.

Hammer remarks are correct, this would have to be a external application device installed on your pc to work. This is a very interesting topic and should be taken seriously. I will be doing research on this issue and post later with my findings on this.

ErikAlbert, tnx for ur reply... but I'm talking here of an Anti-EMF-radiation software program/s that can be installed in our pc just like many freeware softwares we've seen in many download sites. I already know these many products that they've said can protect us from EMF. I've only seen one- Quantum Byte downloadable software that can be installed in our pc but it's not free. :doubt:

The other products have a theoretical chance of doing something, this software does not.

Anti-EMF-radiation software would fall into the same category as a Y2K patch. Even more likely is the possiblity such programs are packed with malware.

The emf signature from your computer is determined by its physical construction, not the software it runs. And the metal enclosure used in nearly all computer cases acts as a Faraday cage to prevent stray emissions.

The monitor presents a problem, for your eyes and possibly WRT emf emission. It won't give you hairy palms but it will strain your eyes and thus damage your vision - even if you aren't surfing porn sites.

They have glasses available that are polarized and coated to block the harmful emissions from your monitor bothering your eyes. they usually cost between $9.00 and $30.00 depending on the frames, they come in prescription and non prescription.

These work great, but they are filtering out glare - reflected light which happens to be highly polarized, hence the use of a polarized filter, not native CRT emissions. They do help though, and that is the important thing.

EMF radiation exposure can be reduced to safe levels by placing space between the user and computer hardware, and a LCD monitor. ;)
