DO you know you can disable Sched.exe as well and just uses a Command in Window to check update every hour?

This save you another 4 Mb ^^

    HOW?! :)

    EDIT: Found out how:

    http://www.raeinternet.com/fprot/fprotfaq.html

    I used System Scheduler and added "C:\Program Files\FSI\F-Prot\FP-Updater\Updater.exe". The parameters are: /INTERNET /HIDDEN /QUIT

    Thanks for the tip! ^_^

Do I need to add another parameter? Help appriciated, I like this way too update F-Prot :)

    Try using this:
    "C:\Program Files\FSI\F-Prot\FP-Updater\Updater.exe" /internet /hidden /run /quit

It works for me. The user that the Updater is running under needs to have write privileges to the F-Prot installation directory and the F-Prot Updater registry keys.

    Fix: http://www.f-prot.com/support/windows/fpwin_faq/73.html

Updater also needs to be run by the user who started the Real Time Protector, if is in use. Running the Updater as a different user may cause problems, even if the user has full administrative rights.

From what I am told, Version 4 will not have any of these issues. I don't know when it will be released, but the information I have is that it will be real soon.
