I also had the same detection as LordAsriel and have the file in quarantine:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Backups\regLocal.reg - probably unknown SCRIPT virus [7]

Will attempt to send to samples@nod32.com

Actually the reg file in question is between 10 and 11 MB in size.

kind of large to send, isn't it?

I also would think that othr Spybot users would have come across this if they did the registry back up through Spybot.

How small did it get when you zipped it?

    Thanks for that, Nod32 User.
I zipped it and it reduced in size to just over 1 mb and from 'Quarantine' was able to send it through 'Submit for analysis' - at least I think I did - it said my file was placed on queue for analysis.

Will that work, or do I need to send it through direct email?

    Thanks again,

    gunnarj

    Wow !! - That's Compression !!
That should work fine - if you will need to send it by email as well then I'm sure Marcos, HB, Bandicoot, Blackspear or others will comment and say so :)

Gunarj - nice to know someone else has the same problem! I look forward to hearing what eset have to say about it. Guess its time to sit and wait.

    thanks again,

    LA

ps. I tried to compress the file but I received an error message saying it was in use again and I cannot find the process to shut down in order to access it properly. DOH!
