Hello,I apologize if this has been discussed often.I am running Nod32 ver 2,(up to date),on Windows XP Home. The machine is a HP Pavillion. The Hewlett Packard Updates come through Backweb and Amon keeps alarming. Can anything be done, like excluding or is removal the only option? Thanks.

Try setting up an exclusion for it in AMON and see what happens. Go to AMON --> Setup --> Exclusions.

Thanks for reply-I opted to uninstall the online HP update system(uses Backweb)and signed on for e-mail notification...I tried exclusion but it worked for a while and then alarmed a little later.Who needs it...things are tough enough with the malware situation...I don't wish to have to remember"thats alright","get rid of this one" etc, etc. For this particuler situation,e-mail notification will be fine. Thanks again.
