I'm not that good with the rotating thing dagolag, but here's a try with it. Maybe BB, or one of the other graphic artists will come up with a better animation for your avatar.

wow...just noticed how much clarity it lost with keeping it under the size limit (reducing colours to keep it small)

BB, you're doing great...keep at it, it does take some time to get frames working the way you want them.

bigbuck, your bluejay in post #10 is much sharper in colour, and I love the greenguy's blinking eye. LOL! Good stuff guys!

There is a program out there that can make an image 3-D, which would help it look more like it's rotating, but I can't remember what it is or if it's got a trial or not. Doing a rotation in AnimationShop has it limits.

Glad you like the one's posted so far, but hopefully other's will come in and give it a try too.....maybe they'll come up with something different for the bluejay avatar, dagolag.
