Calling all Hackers/crackers (white & black hats)..which firewall do you use????

Im curious, we see so many people who ask "what is the best Firewall", "what firewall can protect me the best" and so on. I want to ask the ones who accually are hackers/Crackers {either color hat} which firewalls they use to protect their Pc's from the "baddy's".

 

He probably does not use windows for his personal in the first place. ~Link removed for review~ A hardware firewall is first and foremost (router)

 

Ya, I was wondering the same thing. Maybe they don't use windows based software Firewalls. I believe hardware firewalls are the best and hardest to defeat. But just for spight, which ones (software) would they install on their own Rig's, if givin the choice

Could you please tell me where is the right place to discuss moderator actions? Should we use the forum "general topics"?

 

If a poster has questions or concerns about moderator action to one of their posts they can contact the moderator(s) or admins for clarification via PM or e-mail.

go ahead and ruin posts. I have no questions. I know what it's about.

 

But I have experienced that such "private" procedure allows the moderator to simply ignore the posters concerns. In such case, the potentially unjustified moderator action will be kept secret from the public. Is there any procedure @ Wilders to counter this problem?

liquid8, ;-) You've brought this up numerous times, and you are more then aware of the answers. There are several ways to contact Staff (Moderators or Admins). Discussions between members and the Staff are not up for public review or debate.
