    Hi,

I have recently started using Acronis True Image, Corporate workstation to image my machines. But I have recently come across a problem - it was all going well for the first 3 machines, then from the fourth onwards, everytime I squirt an image back onto a brand new HDD, I keep getting MBR 3 and MBR 1 errors. I have tried re-creating the images from the master disk, and I have tried repairing the MBR - but no luck.

Someone must have had this problem beforeo_O

    Thanks
    Leachus

They are problems with the master boot record, which means that when the image is being squirted back onto the new disks, that it is not writing it properly.

    Hello leachus2001,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

Could you please clarify when you get this error? Please also tell me your actions with Acronis True Image. Do you have Acronis OS Selector on your PC?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, but I have actually fixed the problem. It turned out that if I removed all partition information from the disk, then it was happy to re-image and work properly.

    Thanks
