I have a few problems with after installing NOD32, can anyone help? o_O

    1. I installed the NOD32 version for NT onto our server. Is this the correct version for NT 4.0 Server?

    2. If this is correct, OK! But after trying to restart the server, I get an error message about explorer.exe and it will not load any further. I did also install a driver for a modem that I connected also, so am not sure what is causing the problem - NOD32 or the modemo_O

Help would be appreciated. I have installed NOD32 on one of the workstations and have had no problems at all.

    Thanks ;)

    Yes it is.

Could you try to post a screenshot of that message here?

    Thanks. :)

The message that comes up is as follows:

"An application error has occured and an application error log is being generated.
    Explorer.exe
Exception: access violation (xoc0000005) Address 0x77f88a87"

I have my doubts that it is to do with NOD32!

Thanks for the quick reply :D

Have done a bit of surfing and found (hopefully) the problem and a fix to it.
"This error message can occur if the Win 95 version of the Explorer.exe file has been copied to the root folder or the Windows NT folder."
Shall try the resolution they have given and hopefully will fix the problem.
    Thanks for any help :D
