I didn't realise there was something like this - well done for winning NOD :) Wilders certainly are the only forum I know who do anything like this and it certainly has gained another happy NOD user.

I will watch this post to see if anyone else wins something now. I am sure you are really happy Sonya with your prize.

    Paul,

Last year I won and received an email which instructed me to reply in order to receive my prize and I replied many, many times and received no reply or prize. I'm being honest about this and did what was required yet did not receive my prize. I did send an email to you about it but got no response. I still think I'm entitled because I did what was asked and never received reply.

    Hi David,

I've been checking - way back info in the meanwhile - but as it seems, none of your replies did hit the inbox. Since there have not been (and still aren't) any fences to filter/decline emails on this side, I'm in the dark as for why. Nevertheless, consequently the prize has been passed on to an - randomly picked - other member.

You sending the needed email and receiving no response - us not receiving your email(s) - that's it in a nutshell, and I do understand your frustration. There's nothing we can do in this respect anymore as it is now. I do hope you'll understand.

We do play by the rules over here though. I'm sorry things turned out this way for you; the one and only reason we go through all the efforts needed for give aways is pleasing our members - we ourselves do not gain anything from it. On the contrary: it does take countless hours/days to make this all happening.

In case you feel the need to reply to this post: please email me in person. My addy is in my profile. Don't post a reply over here: this is a different ball game, as you surely understand.

    regards,

    paul

Are e-mails still being sent out? xD

I just realized my email address for Wilders Security was set to an old one. I have updated it (just in case I get lucky :))

    Paul,
I think the contest was a great idea. Would it be possible to post a list of user names that won in case someone did not realize that the e-mail was legit?

    Congratulations to all the winners!

    A give away, actually ;)

For privacy reasons, we won't. We do leave it up to the email receiver wether or not to accept our email(s) - and post over here in case they have won. To the point: all have accepted our email while signing up as a member. Logic demands all do accept email from one and the same email address. If not: we're very sorry, but that's out of our control and an individual member decision. We do respect that - but as a consequence our 'winner' email could/will bounce. All there's to say is: bad luck - and the price will be collected by someone next in line.

    For sure!

    regards,

    paul

Is there any reason why I JUST got my email for winning a NOD license? I can copy and paste the full email headers if I need to prove that it came today. I replied as stated in the guidelines but can I still have it? I know it's been long since the date of the giveaway. What could have happened? I usually get emails within less then a minute.

Thank you SO much for the new NOD32 Antivirus program!!! A few months ago I just couldn't deal with my old 98 system any more, so I had a new WinXP hard drive installed. Norton never really worked that well for me, so the tech put a free edition of AVG on the new system. With NOD32, I now have the perfect system!! Thanks again :D
