Members Area purchasing problem

    There is nothing displayed in my Members Area for discount purchasing.
    My Members Area shows I am entitled to a discount but no products or links are displayed for making a purchase.
    I purchased Process Guard 3-22-2005 which provides me with that discount entitlement.
    I was hoping to purchase Port Explorer from my Members Area with the entitled discount.
    Am I missing something? I would appreciate any assistance.

    Hi Jimmy, please email support_AT_diamondcs.com.au with your real name / email etc and in no time it should be solved.
    You should most certainly be entitled to discounts on your next products.
    Did you allow cookies, logged in and all that?

    I have e-mailed both support and sales a few days ago but will try again. E-mails do get lost.
    Yes, logged-in and cookies enabled. Used both IE6 and Firefox for accessing the Members Area with the same results. Maybe I have a setting set incorrectly?

    The first line says you're entitled at the moment for a 7,5% discount, but indeed it was nicer if it showed up with your current prices.
    So you don't see the icons for the currently registered software either as buttons leading to downloads for your registered full versions?

    I logged in to my Members Area and see the same thing, except for the discount percentage, as James (see his screenshot this thread). This makes me think the problem is more system wide than being isolated to him.

    FWIW - I do have icons for the DCS products I have purchased.

    Same problem here... (would be interested in a PE 10% discount :D). As specified, WG is not eligible, but why not PE o_O

    As far as I know, it is. The screen shot that you provided shows the programs you've already purchased, and provides extended download links if needed for a redownload.

    When I bought TDS, I was automatically entitled to 2 or 3 possible discounts (IIRC : PG, CS...). So I bought PG with discount. WG is explicitly excluded from discount, but what about PE o_O. Is this related to the fact that Jason founded GhostSecurity? Or is it a customers' database problem?

    Jason's leaving for his own company has nothing to do with WormGuard or Port Explorer, which are DiamondCS products.
    It could have for Cryptosuite which is his own product.

    Yes, I do see the icon of the currently registered software (PG) on my Members Area. In my original post, I only included the lower half of the Members Area.
    I will now include the entire page of my Members Area.
    I would think it should show links for the discount purchasing of PE and TDS but it does not.
    From the reading of the other posts, this does not seem to be an isolated problem.

    I want to purchase Port Explorer from my members area also, but it isn't listed as an option. Process Guard is the only item available for me to purchase, but the full version download for my TDS-3 purchase is there.

    I went ahead and ordered it last night, paying via PayPal. Haven't heard anything from anyone about an unlock code. The only confirmation I received was from PayPal.

    The DiamondCS lab is closed at Public Holidays in Australia.
    So that might explain why you have not yet heared from them.
    Please give them, if needed, some more days.

    I wish you the best of luck on receiving the unlock code. I have confidence you will receive it.
    In the second post of this thread, Jooske indicates an email address from which she says you can receive some help. If you have not heard anything in a reasonable amount of time, you should send an email to that address. You should indicate product purchased, date of purchase, method of payment, confirmation number.
    I am thinking something is wrong with "Member Areas" because it seems not to be an isolated problem. I have sent several emails concerning the subject and have not received any response. So, I do not understand what is the problem.

    I have done that a couple times already. Maybe they just haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll wait a couple more days and try again.

    Kudos to the person who fixed the members section. I've got the registration code installed, how do I add my name to it? It just says registered to: and doesn't have my name. No big deal really. :)

    My members section does not show any links either. I had just assumed the 7.5% discount from purchasing PG was not enough to qualify or something.
    I too was wanting to purchase another product - but will hold off until they get the site running properly.

    We apologise for any inconvenience experienced, we'll actually soon be launching a brand new improved DiamondCS website complete with new Members Area. On top of this there's other new capabilities we're adding such as key regeneration for people when/if they ever lose their key(s), and a new license generating server running here in our lab which will be able to instantly and automatically process all license requests (including those from Paypal, whereas currently only RegSoft purchases can be processed automatically). The same server will process key regeneration requests. Thanks for your patience in the meantime. :)

    How about sending out a quarterly flyer to your members inbox - you could remind them of their current discount % and supply the links to download other products that are specific to them.

    I know my TDS trial just ran out and i want to purchase it ... but i have a 10% discount that i want to use, and NO links to any other products in my member's area.

    many people don't want too many newsletters, once in a while for a new product is ok for them.

    If you have a 10% discount displayed there are other products you bought in the past.
    See Wayne's remark about currently rebuilding the site, so that part will be worked on too.
    If you know the price and go to the purchasing site, does it bring you automatically to the discounted price?
    Else best email sales at diamondcs com au how to get that done best.

    I do see where i have purchased Process Guard and Port Explorer and have links to redownload them if needed - but it also says you are eligible for a 10% discount on your next purchase using the links below - but no links exist.

    If i click on the TDS 3 icon it takes me to a page with the discount not reflected (full price)

    I understand they are re-doing the site and all that - but it seems everything else on the site works perfect ... problems arise only in an area they may stand to lose DCS some money (giving out discounts) - maybe it's just a coincidence ... maybe not.

    Sorry about that.. its a problem because only REGSOFT has the discount codes :( Clickbank still handles TDS-3 purchases, so we can't use that system. It works for the most part, because the newer programs (PG, PE) were what most users didn't have, they bought TDS-3 some time ago.

    Anyway, we are happy to offer discounts where we can, if you want to purchase TDS-3 at a discount email sales@diamondcs.com.au and we can help you out :)
