Yes, I am Marja!
Maybe not as often as in the past but I
will come regularly. I liked a lot the "life on Mars" thread
and I know that it is possible to make this one funny
and interesting too. Hope the rest of crew will join in.

 

I think maybe we are all ready for a jaunt! It is coming up on Spring, everyone gets restless then!

So, I hope they come also! I have heard of some things in the Universe that are not like other worlds, but may BE other worlds. And we still have to find Big C's Beginning of Time ! I am suprised he has not set out on his own!!

Right, we got to finish this voyage properly.
We talked of coming back to the earh at its very beginning so

We join our favorite boys in the shuttle bay trying to cook their dinner over a makeshift campfire. Larry comes through the door carrying what looks vaguely like a bottle of ketchup.....

Curly: "My life began when mom and dad were in the garden. They said they found me under a turnip leaf. Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk."
Moe: "And you got turnips for brains." ~poke~
~Larry puts his finger in Moe's face~
Larry: "Hey, you leave him alone!"
~Moe bites Larry's finger causing him to drop the dynamite~
Larry: "Ouch! Hey now look what ya did? Ya made me drop the dynamite!"
Moe: "Quit being so clumsy ya knucklehead! ~slap~ Shut up and pick it up!"
Curly: "Ohhh, there it is. It's in the fire. Ummm--Yummy. It looks like a hot dog."
~Moe's eyes get big and his hair stands up~
Moe: "Yiyiyiyiyi-Run you idiots before we're all blown up."

If we are heading for earth that would be great! Maybe I can just hitch a ride on your ship?

 

Well, the computer systems are all updated.
I installed a relay system in order to keep in touch with the present.
But we must be carefull: the fly-by-wire controls are now wireless

 

I am so glad to hear that they were updated for we are
about to enter into the most dangerous part of the
journey.


We are approaching the event horizon of the black hole
and we are bringing up our protective field and so far
things are working as planned.....

We should be safe utilizing a black hole, but you never know about the unknown.

The gravitational field we are approaching is so intense that its escape velocity exceeds the speed of light. Let's hope this won't be the final leg of our journey.

 

I have been all through the inner workings of this ship and I believe it will take us anywhere we have the courage to attempt to go. We learned a lot on our trip to mars.
