TDS3 found some Dodgy stuff, what now??

    Hi as a new user to TDS 3 i gave it a scan of my system and it found literally hundreds of trojans etc on a spare computer ive got at home..
    It removed most of them, Except Im having trouble removing 2 files...
    Tried right-clicking\delete but says it cant remove them

    Can anyone give me a hand please?Using the latest updates when i scanned (yesterday)
    Pay no attention to the date, had to rerun the scan this morning so i could get this txt file below...

    Did you run the scan in Safe Mode?
