    Dear Acronis,

I'm running ATI Corporate Workstation 8.0 (build 921)

Problem is that my created rescue CD hangs when I choose the recommended option "ATI full version".
The "ATI safe version" runs with no problems but is pretty useless because my external USB2 disk is very slow with this.
(Also wondering why my external USB2 disk is recognised because te safe version claims to have NO USB support.)

Hopefully somebody can tell me why the full version doesn't boot on my system.

Here are te most important parts (I think):

ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe with latest BIOS (1019)
2x serial ATA disk in RAID0 config on ICH5R
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro VGA card
    2x 256MB 'dual channel' memory

If you need more info please ask.

    Thanks for the help.

Please Acronis, need some help here. Thank you.

Forgot to tell if I choose "ATI full version" my system doesn't repond and gives a black screen and hangs.
Ctrl-Alt-Del isn't helping, have to press reset button to restart my PC.

    Edit:

The 'quiet acpi=off noapic' helps, I can boot the "ATI full version".
BUT my external USB2 drive is still very slow.
Same slow speed when using the "ATI safe version".
    Please help.

    Hello CooL3,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATICW/).

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Please download the latest build (933), which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

After that please create new Acronis Bootable CD with this build and try using it. If the problem persists please contact support@acronis.com. We will certainly help you with the solution.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for your reply.

I will try the new build.
However I made the sysinfo.txt file at this moment.
Can this be of any help?

I see you use BusyBox v0.60.5, BusyBox v1.00 has *lots* of bugfixes but I guess you know this.
