I opened up Music Match Jukebox and during the splash screen the computer restarted. The bug check analysis (I think) points to Process Guard?

Not sure if it was just a one time snag? I included the analysis to see if any light can be shed since this is the first time I experience any issues with PG 3.100 full (if it is PG)

Hi Wayne, We will have to await Jason's analysis of the Bug Check data but due to ProcessGuard's self protection I expect that the error information will be flawed.
I run Music Match occasionally with PG and have not had any problems as yet so maybe it was just a one off.
I do notice that mmjb.exe was blocked from creating a shell hook on my PC but it did not appear to cause a problem here.

    Cheers. Pilli

    Thanks Pilli,

Your talking about at the time of the crash dump. ? if thats the case, then analyzing the dump on another computer wouldn't do me any good.

Yes, this may be the case though we must await Jason's comments.

Thanks for the informative dump information. I have identified this issue and fixed it. It seems one of the Microsoft kernel functions is not behaving as it should, but luckily in this case I can correct their mistakes.
