Yes, thank you, all is well. I just didn't have much time to post here, although I visited forum from time to time.

"Borked" my Win 11 Iot ltsc. The update installed just fine, but after the update, taskbar "search" does not open and taskbar calendar does not open either. So restored the system image, delayed windows updates for next 5 weeks, until i find a fix. And also a noticed about 5 sec boot delay when installed this new update.

I use Canary, but about 3 times, Windows stopped with a message: Updating in Progress, Do not restart, but it kept for hours. After restart, it failed to load, but another restart restored Last Good Known Config. Maybe it is that SSD bug?!

If its a bug, then it would affect millons of ppl. Or particular manufacturer of SSD or nvme. Microsoft uses generic SSD SATA driver. What i did on my Lenovo, which uses OEM Samsung nvme, to force to it to use Samsung original drivers. This sped up r/w about +20%.
    So tl dr
Some Lenovo based Desktop PCs uses really fast Samsung memory chips, but it is not detected by the Samsung Magician software. So you have "force" to install samsung drivers, that will gives a lot of boost on OEM Samsung's.

I disable unused devices, like SATA, to free some resources.

No issues so far for me on Windows 11 Enterprise. We shall see now how the server updates go.

The Win 11 Update caused all of my Win 11 Pro machines to cease connecting to my shared folders on Win 11 machines. It could see my Win 10 shares OK. I searched the net but found no solutions so I had to UNinstall the updates for Sept to get the shares to work. I canceled any new updates until October 26 to see if I could get a fix. Does anyone have an suggestions?

New rumor (to be confirmed): EU users will get another year of free Windows 10 updates (without exchanging rewards, enabling cloud backup, etc.).

I have to respectfully disagree with Ms. Bradley. There is and was nothing wrong with Win 11 24H2. I can understand delaying the update for a couple of months, but for a whole year! I sincerely hope that people will not delay the Win 11 25H2 upgrade, as it is just a minor update to 24H2. I will understand if someone decides to wait a month or two but beyond that.... it is just falling for needless FUD.
