Given that a lot of devices cannot be upgraded to 11 for hardware compatibility reasons 10 will likely be slower to die than XP or 7 were and it's likely there are people still using both of those.
Even if it was delayed, the one and only reason I use Windows has informed it's users that the next release with not support Windows 10.
