I've been using NAPS2 for a long time. It's very easy to use and to keep updated. I prefer it to the scanning software that came with my printer.
Me too! I really appreciate its simplicity. If you have a scanner, use this instead of the bloated software it came with. (I'm looking at you epson!)
I just discovered this program yesterday. The software for my Brother laser printer is horrible and I struggled with it all morning. I finally gave up and tried this one. It's so easy to install and use. You can use it to print and scan. The Brother software is bloated, complicated and doesn't work very well. This one is around 145mb; and it has a portable version too.
