is there a way to exclude wireless networks in win11 apart from the one you want ? this is because i have slow downloads when using windows update, downloads and browsing everywhere else is good but i think when using windows update it tries to handshake and download from other networks and as a result windows updates are very slow

You could go into "Settings/Windows Update/Advanced options/Delivery Optimization" and adjust those settings to your preference. It may or may not help with the issues you are having but it's about the only thing I am aware of to adjust those settings.
