    Anyone who uses AI to replace themselves as a student better not complain when they get replaced by AI in their career.

    Require the brainstorming part, outline, drafts, and revisions done in class, and in longhand.

    Bring any books, magazines, and newspapers needed for the paper to class, and print out or photocopy if needed. Annotate research materials using ballpoint pens.

    Submit the typewritten first draft with the handwritten one below it. The two should generally match.

    Print out and revise the draft using ballpoint pens as well. Bring the assigned writing handbook and a pocket dictionary if needed.

    Submit the final version of the paper, with the revised one below it. The two should generally match.
