Has Webcam Access Been Updated When Sandboxed?

I remember several months back, I was having an issue with how the sandboxed web browser was gaining access to my webcam and mic (getting an error/block). The help doc at the time (or maybe a mod here) said there was some change in architecture that would require rebuilding the code from scratch (or something similar), and there wasn't a work around at the time. Not 100% the exact phrasing.

Just wondering if this has been addressed/resolved in the later builds of Sandboxie since then? I'm currently on the latest version of Plus (1.15.12). Thanks!
