Sorry, was away.

No - all the documents under Desktop and Documents are still present under
C:\Users\username\Desktop and C:\Users\username\Documents.
These do not seem to have been moved or deleted.

Just when you open Explorer, they are not visible.
Also tried to open Snipping Tool to take snips to send, but it would not start. Similarly most other programs would not start.

Will check the value indicated by @nicolaasjan and see if that needs to be added since this is on a laptop and not a VM.

 

Seems not to be the same issue than @nicolaasjan had on XP.

FYI, there are many issues with Windows Explorer in the recent Windows 11 updates. Please try to check if you have a new update and if any, update.

 

No warning but we will just check if they are an entry.
If none, we will ensure that PrivaZer takes the default XP cache path

 

Works great as usual, nice and fast. I have everything set to delete + registry.

Hi guys, Just a little frustrated that this screen appears every time I run 1 click internet clean but only for a split second giving no time to read, inwardly digest or act.
I pointed this out in #3048.
Not sure if this screen is of any relevance but is certainly of little use as is.
Surely only a swift job to remove the screen display or if relevant put in a wait delay in order to enable reading and acting if necessary

Hi everyone and privazer team
I am trying to get a clean of the Recycle Bin on my 'Include' list but have failed to achieve the task.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this within the selection parameters available?

no need to use the "include" list, it's here :

 

Thanks for response. I am aware that the Bin can the cleaned by Privazer by checking the system box and it is in my case.
However, my goal is to have it cleaned as part of my 'include' list such that it is cleaned every time I may run the option to clean internet traces.
How would I set that up within the 'Include' selection parameters available?

not easy because securely emptying the recycle bin without traces is not an easy task, not simply removing it.
We will add an option, somewhere, have to think about the best option.

 

Thanks for consideration......just a thought..... could this recycle bin clean be spawned as an option within the Include list or as part of the one click internet traces
