    No, haven't had this issue. It might be worth reinstalling. Or toggle the launch at start setting.

    Jack, thank you… I appreciate the help.
    I’ve tried re-installing… but no luck. Basically, I’m having the same issue as reported here:

    That's odd. Are you missing the registry entry? If so you could take the below text, paste into notepad, save as a .reg file and merge it with a double click:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
    "Adguard"="\"C:\\Program Files\\AdGuard\\Adguard.exe\" /nosplash"

    Jack, thank you! I’ll give it a try as soon as I get home.

    Jack, that Registry key worked like a charm. Thank you, again… Much appreciated the help.

    Glad to hear it worked for you. If anyone else is having the problem they can do the same.

    I haven't used the extension, I used the alternate solution which is the userscript in ViolentMonkey. It serves some specific purpose like blocking twitch ads. It works well on twitch.
    Similar to @anon I have also used it in AdGuard for Desktop app where it is enabled by default.
