    * For added clarity; I do not use Edge, and only very rarely use Brave. Neither run on my machine once the browser is closed.

I ONLY use Firefox and have only noticed this error message when FF has been open for ... hours.

I still have a life time license for Malwarebytes which I haven’t use for at least 8 years… Anyone knows if this license is
still valid and accepted by the company?

    Hello @Antarctica:

Yes. Malwarebytes will honor any legitimate lifetime license.

If the MB5 Premium activation process is unsuccessful, you may need to have the license routinely converted to a newer form-factor acceptable by the license server.

I've been using mine since v2 I think, with the license upgrades that 1PW mentioned. Still works well!

    Hi,

May I ask if someone here has a workaround for saving the settings of Malwarebytes and then import it. I ask Malwarebytes support and they said there was none...I just reinstalled Malwarebytes Standard and it takes time to set it up so I wanted to at least have a way to save the settings/config and then import it when needed.

    Is there an existing workaround...?

    Just asking..Thanks!

I don't think there is one, however I've installed Malwarebytes many times and I can set it up in 3 minutes. Once you get used to all the settings its a piece of cake.

Maybe find where it stores the config? I would start by checking the usual folder locations in User Data, then if not there, the registry. I've never looked, though, as I don't often have to reinstall it.
