Is there any program to auto delete tracking cookies. i have an add on called cookie auto delete but still I get tracking cookies
Blocking third-party cookies in your browser will stop most tracking cookies. You could also install SypwareBlaster.
hey, stop, please. programs cannot stop such cookies, only delete. but thats not possible when browser is running. and browsers can delete cookies when exiting, and prevent setting of such cookie when you enter the site into exclusions. so we talk about which browser? for firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1308735 the exception list (see image there) also allow "block" for chrome/edge its similar https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/76929-allow-block-cookies-google-chrome-windows.html set site to Block list -> "Add". for any browser i suggest also to install "Privacy Badger" extension, which blocks over 2200 known tracking domains. to block some more cookies use the switches when clicking the button.
I use Mullvad Browser (TOR equivalent but without the onion circuitry). There is a convenient little button on the control bar where you click it (again like TOR) and the browser flushes and is clean again. No need to close and reopen the browser. Makes it so easy!! For non-login browsing this is about as good as it gets.
Besides browsers, the only other place I've found on my device that sets a tracking cookie is the News app in Windows 10. Could that be related? If it is browser related, don't forget that I mentioned blocking third-party cookies will stop most tracking cookies.
