is there a way to enable smart app control on windows 11 without re-install?

is there a way to enable smart app control on windows 11 24h2 via registry or via gpedit.msc ?

i can't enable ,according windows i have to re-install it

I'm not familiar with smart app control but after a search on the Web I've found some info on Microsoft support. Further below you can find a link to Wise Cleaner webpage to force enable smart app control with Registry Editor. I don't know if the latter method is reliable or not.

It's the first time I check it and it's disabled. As I wrote in my first post I'm not familiar with Smart App Control and I didn't know at all about this Windows 11 feature. Honestly I'm not interest to enable it as I use other security software.

IMO another piece of ms security overload garbage to gum up the works which I discovered was slowing down my system to a crawl being so smart about my apps. . Turned it off and everything was back to speed.
