Sorry, was away.

No - all the documents under Desktop and Documents are still present under
C:\Users\username\Desktop and C:\Users\username\Documents.
These do not seem to have been moved or deleted.

Just when you open Explorer, they are not visible.
Also tried to open Snipping Tool to take snips to send, but it would not start. Similarly most other programs would not start.

Will check the value indicated by @nicolaasjan and see if that needs to be added since this is on a laptop and not a VM.

 

Seems not to be the same issue than @nicolaasjan had on XP.

FYI, there are many issues with Windows Explorer in the recent Windows 11 updates. Please try to check if you have a new update and if any, update.

 

No warning but we will just check if they are an entry.
If none, we will ensure that PrivaZer takes the default XP cache path

 

Works great as usual, nice and fast. I have everything set to delete + registry.
