"Dimebag" Darrell along with 3 other innocents killed,

    http://www.cnn.com/2004/US/12/09/nightclub.shooting/

Iam an avid guitarist and Dimebag was truly an inspiration to me in the early days. I knew of him before his forthcomings with Pantera, and will miss what he brought to HM.....

Him, along with his new band, were here in Toronto(Canada) just last month, playing the infamous Phoenix dance hall , which i attended.

Not that he is any larger then the 3 other souls that went down with him...... :'(

Sad commentary on life as we know it now...

It is sad that it has come to this level. Lets hope senseless acts such as this will be some kind of a wake up call and lead to a cecesation of these kind of acts of violence.

The shooter was clearly crazy. Spaced out individual.

    What a waste.

There is often a lot of hardcore drug abuse surrounding music like this. Didn't see any mention of drugs however as I skimmed through the artical.
