try a forum query with search, you will be astonished how old it is.

my opinion to kerish doctor can also be found in this forum. at least its a paid product, and complete unnecessary. just another cleaner (destroyer) with a doubtful antivirus.

windows already has the named features from here:
    https://www.kerish.org/en/pc-doctor.php

defragger (ssd are trimmed, no longer defragged), accu watching, no software can fix crashes and hardware failure - each crash has to be treated unique. windows security is bunch of features, and currently its the best within windows 11. driver updates are performed through windows update.

any other antivirus installs his vulnerable kernel and makes windows more vulnerable as it would be without.

if you want to trial it although, then create an image of your windows, such software remains also after uninstall in pieces. way to intrusive.

Am using it and have been using for years...currently under Win11 Pro. No issues to report. An excellent product that works well.

I've several PCs connected to a Gigabit local network, and four of them experienced slow results for Speedtest: around 100 Mbps DL/UL. Family members complained about browsing, downloading, etc., being slow. In contrast, I got 500+ in my PC and laptop.

I made sure that there was a Gigabit connection and that all machines were updated in terms of drivers, etc.

I thought it had to do with the proximity of machines to the modem (it's in my room) or a defective cable, so I decided to connect my laptop to one of the cables used by one of the PCs, and discovered that the Speedtest results were still high for the laptop.

It was only then that I realized that I has used Kerish for my PC and laptop to tweak the Internet settings. When I did that for one of the PCs, its speed went up to 500+, too. The same thing happened for the other two PCs.

FWIW, for the last PC I got the same results after using Optimizer by Hellzerg, which is free.

In short, at least for DL/UL speeds, Kerish did something right.

Beyond that, I can't if there were more improvements (I used most of the features except for PC protection), but it feels like it works in light of that.

In any event, I'll continue using it because I got it thanks to a promo (I think a few dollars for three devices and two years).

speed tests have to fail because of hammering the connection which is secured by windows security.
TTL, packet size - null and none when they reach the router or modem which uses its own values.

there is no magic to raise the limits of windows.
    go registry and look here
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters

    which value for "SizReqBuf"?

    this is from hellzerg description
any "optimizer" tool leaves the user alone when it comes to its switches, user need to read the code or monitor the tool for altering values (process monitor can do this).
thats really poor of such tools. and all are boiling same water.

Respectfully...I will not as in my experience I would just be setting myself up for disagreement & argument (as per the #7 Reply above)...both of which I can do without.

In my humble experience, KerishPCDoctor has helped keep my systems running properly, including making sure that my internet connection is optimised, my Registry is 'clean', my drivers are up to date, etc., to exemplify a couple of areas. And all this without causing me any issues that I can discern.

I have found this to be beneficial to my systems...it may not be to others and their systems. Others may know or feel they know better...that is their prerogative. Each to their own.

I'm using Kerish Doctor too. I bought a license using their Christmas offer. I find it to be very good; a very reliable and thorough cleaner. There are a lot of features there that are kinda cool, like the startup and scheduled task optimizer, the file recovery, shredder, etc. One thing I don't think I will use is the driver updater, at least not yet. But, overall it seems to be very good.

"The Doc" aka Kerish Doctor was good, i do liked a alot. However, they added too many features for my liking. Pro TIP: Disable it's realtime system file protection, you favorite AV solution should care of that. The Doc constantly uses 2-4% CPU time if this feature is enabled.
