    I just saw this in a UCheck post, "The QuickInstaller site at https://www.quickinstaller.net/ has been a bit flaky and has been throwing intermittent "Connection Timed Out" errors for the past few days while the developer is changing their virtualization platform to Proxmox." I'm not sure when it will be up and running. For a one-man operation, the developer is doing an outstanding job.

    I just received an email from developer Hans Christian Ihlen-Abelson confirming that they are having a hardware issue with their server and that they hope to have the problem fixed by late Saturday. I assume that means around 01-Dec-2024 at the earliest.

    Just an FYI that the QuickInstaller server at https://www.quickinstaller.net/ is back up and running today. I just ran the QuickInstaller app and it found an available update for my 7-Zip program (v24.09, rel. 29-Nov-2024) that hasn't been detected by UCheck yet.
