Don't know where I should post this. I haven't been here in a very long time. I have switched to using Linux Mint for my operating system for a long time now. With it being open source I have found no need for any type security software but Linux does have a version of Clam if one wants one. I flat state I will never go back to using any Microsoft operating system.

Good to see you back, wildman.
Regarding Linux, I migrated from Windows in 2020, and also have no intention of ever going back.
And as for where to post, did you know there was an I've been on this forum for 10 years: thread already?

Why is that? (I don't see the relation between the two)

The volunteer group who monitors Linux distributions can see all the code and know if anything bad has been attempted. If an attempt is made it is quashed almost immediately. Hope this answered your question XIII.

I don't know how useful Wilder's would be for us Linux users Stupendous. This is why I have not been here in a long time.

    I understand, Wildman.
I find Mrkvonic's posts interesting, and the arising threads. And there are more interesting posts in the "all things UNIX" section. I also follow the Firefox thread and the uBlock Origin thread, and several more.
