I remember this one now. It's in my toolbox of GitHub finds. Been around a few years

 

Take a look at Nirsoft's utilities, standalone meaning portable:
DriverView
ServiWin
InstalledDriversList

All digitally signed and have an excellent long standing reputation.
Also, they populate much more if not all drivers in your system than Driver Store Explorer.

 

drivers are required, but sometimes not only, it need some software. so i store any needed driver from vendor locally. i dont trust such tools and driver finders at all, so never used.
