I am about two weeks away from annual subscription expiration, and of course the Attention Required nag screen is ever present. There is no setting in Notifications to disable. I probably have to tolerate it in the GUI for 13 days, unless someone knows how to throttle this annoyance. Aside from renewing, that is. I have a new key that I plan to activate when my time runs out.
I decided I might forget without the reminder, so I turned the subscription notification back on. At my age it's easy to forget.
Hehe I can relate to that But even if you disable that notification you will get another one the moment your subscription expires. So no worries about forgetting about it
Hi, They DID sent me a reminder. I just checked my old emails. In 2023 my license was going to expire. Twenty days before the expiration date I got an email from ESET NL. Maybe that differs from country to country, I don't know. But I DID got a reminder here in NL. (next year I'll have to renew again)
I usually get reminders by mail also and I'm happy that they don't send too much of them. Emsisoft sent me 7 reminders in last month before license expiration. That was a little too much for my liking.
Received moments ago... "Just a gentle nudge". Very unobtrusive. (They mention a trial period ending, but it is a full year paid-for subscription.)
