I just hope the buyout, if it happens, is not by Symantec (Norton) or McAfee. Both of those companies have a history of buying out competing companies, then terminating all products and services - regardless how good any of the components were - instead of merging the best of both worlds. I note TM have been around for 35 years. I think it would be bad for consumers if it went away. And BTW, that Reuters article is wrong. TM is an "American-Japanese" company, founded in Los Angeles.
This is another (lesser known) cybersecurity company that is looking for a buyer.
