Let's not get to excited just yet. Most people realise that is going to be appealed. And, IMHO, be defeated.

Google Search uses algorithms to analyze and rank websites based on their relevance to the search query. It is the most popular search engine worldwide. As of 2020, Google Search has a 92% share of the global search engine market……..

Google just got their knuckles slapped, (preliminarily), maybe Microsoft should be next? I think, putting it mildly, what they did with TPM and Secure Boot making so many computers obsolete not because they are or were, just because Microsoft said so, citing security concerns as usual. They'll shortly stop updating W10 and blame that on the consumers for not junking their perfectly operational equipment. I think the number of computers running W10 vs. W11 is a message to MS from their customers. I don't see that Google has done anything even approaching the level of Microsoft's arrogance. Perhaps Google built a dominant business, Ads and Search, plus there are some easy alternatives to Chrome in the field of browsers, not so with operating systems.
    Just my 2 cents worth
