If possible please argue your choices, which may include multiple answers.
    Thank you.
    Enjoy.

AI is not bad per se, but it should be up to the users of search engines to decide whether they wish search results with or without the help of AI. Having said that, I'm afraid none of the five options above apply here.

"None of the above." I don't trust yet trust AI, but might one day, so "never" isn't quite appropriate a response. I've never had problems searching and visually filtering results; at this point I wouldn't trust the responses AI gives back.

I think you should preceed AI with "generative" or LLM, because AI is very general term and it was, in that form on another, used in search engines for more than decade

No use for it, the type of searches I do will not be augmented or helped in any way by the use of AI.

I don't have much need for AI but like Brave Search because it gives good results, an option to disable "Answer with AI" by default and to use AI only on demand. The on-demand feature is useful for a summary of answers to simple questions. Overall a very good balance of features for my tastes.

NB: Didn't vote since there was no option to select "Will use it occasionally".

I haven't actually seen it in action yet, but I also don't see how AI will help me. I mean will it improve search results, or what? Because I feel like Google Search is getting more stupid lately. When I search for Boomerang, I expect to see results for the movie Boomerang (1992), but I don't. It expects me to type ''Boomerang movie.''

In my opinion using Brave Search AI can help in searches formulated as a question.
    This will be my vote.
This is the question that appears in the image:

"What is the path to insert a policy in Chromium installed in Ubuntu"

    P.S.

The answer to the question is of lower efficiency if I use AI Chat DuckDuckGo.

Actually I can't say definitively: I onlyy used sometimes Copilot for same research and I'm not very satisfied; but naturally I have to try ChatGPT.

I am using Brave Search as my default browser search engine. It claims to have AI search. I noted that if I type a search in the form of a question or statement it comes up with an "AI" (or give you the option to "Answer with AI") generated summary with the following disclaimer at the end of the summary "AI-generated answer. Please verify critical facts." with a learn more link. It looks to me that the Brave "AI" simply gathers information from selected (pre-programmed?) sites, aggregates this information and puts together a summary. Sometimes identifying parts of the summary with footnotes to the specific site The sites used "for context" are listed after the summary and they are predicable as in these site promote the current narrative. In other words steering the search in the "correct" direction. I do not like this at all. Some of the "AI" generated results are quite humorous. Not much different than the "good stuff" being placed at the top of the search. For obvious reasons I will not be giving examples of my search queries, since that could be a violation of the forum rules.

I would not call this "AI". There is nothing artificial or intelligent about these search results I've been seeing.
