Tiny10 & Tiny 11 — lightweight and debloated Windows 10 & Windows 11 for less powerful computers

for another experiment i tried tiny11 in vbox. for me very disappointing. the install procedure was same as the regular, but it remains englisch only although i could set a german keyboard and time settings.

the experiment was to force lavasoft webcompanion a failure, but WC online installer was not able to install the program. but i could install it on a regular win10 without any updates. so i dropped tiny11 in total, and same second tiny10 went same way to the basket.

maybe light, but it was reduced too much, even no edge and more worse no other browser onboard. i need to use the store for firefox to load edge "business" (standalone installer, not from store). and i guess that other installation will fail also.

 

Some things are stripped out with a custom Windows iso so beware!

Be sure you have drivers on hand and can do in an in place upgrade to restore missing/corrupted files.
