A Compaq was my first PC, via a "PC Privé Project".
It wasn't a Pressario. I don't remember me much about it, but I think it was a 386.
(Before that I had only worked on big main-frames).

 

I never liked Compaq I always got Packard Bell during those years https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Packard_Bell

 

My IT guy back then never liked Packard Bell, he always replaced the B with an H
