    Imo it won't be free. At the lowest I see it at $29.99 for UTTD. I'd be shocked if there was a free UTT plan with 1GB or more without intensive & intrusive ads.

    You can bet they would be doing this to harvest your data just like they do with their other devices. Not that other providers don't already.
