Did you check the Version History re Windows 11 screen refresh? Perhaps that's what you're asking for, no?

A friend recently had this issue. His images of Win11 and Win10 from a SSD wouldn't boot when restored to a NVMe drive.

    Hi
I have a doubt , i know macrium reflect has a feature called "SSD Trim when restoring" , I don't know if there are other software with this feature

but terabyte (in the older version) did include in image for windows and linux (not sure about image for dos) ,but if I do remember right with a different name

in the manual there is at page 107 -> Restore option
    1) it's disabled by default , is like macrium reflect "SSD Trim when restoring" ?
    should I enable?
    do you enable ?

and in backup option page 59
    2) is disabled by default too , but really did not understand why should an user enable or keep disabled
do you keep enabled or disabled?

    mantra,

I tried the Trim options in the past and didn't notice a practical advantage. So I don't use them.

For restores, I'd avoid using the Trim option as it cancels "Write Changed Sectors Only". I always use the Changed Sectors option as it markedly reduces writes to the SSD.

It's present in my IFL and TBWinPE/RE when restoring an image to a SSD. Ver 3.62

It's not present if you are restoring the image to a HD as HDs don't have TRIM.

    Hi @Brian K
I have re-build today 2 new winpe w10 based with image for windows 3.56 and 3.62 ,and options are enabled
that's strange because i still have the old winpe w10 with image for windows 3.56 and the option are not present
and again it's very strange there is no option in image for linux 3.56 and 3.62

Brian , can I ask you image for windows can store in the log the ammount of GB written with "write changed sector only" Enabled?
    thanks
