Firefox on both Windows 10 and 11. Chrome as backup for testing purposes (rarely). Refuse Edge period. Final. The End.
Edge is the default just because I don't have to endure the constant nagging from Microsoft to change it. I use Firefox 99% of the time though. Nothing else installed other than those 2.
It's a false positive. Only 3 out of 89 vendors at VirusTotal flag the URL as being malicious. Anyway, it's just a fork of Brave and most people would have no reason to use this instead Brave. This is a thread about it here. https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/catsxp-browser.449453/
The system default is Edge, but I use Firefox for everything except a handful of sites that only work with Chromium (notably, Twitter).
Other: SeaMonkey for general/default browsing. Otherwise, Firefox for sensitive browsing, Chrome where SeaMonkey doesn't work, Edge only if necessary.
Edge stripped down to minimum with everything disabled by policies. Telemetry, msn, bing, bingapis blocked via DNS. It is nice and clean, though it desperately tries to call home via a regular DNS (UDP port 53).
Same over here, I only use Vivaldi and Edge/Firefox purely for testing. Vivaldi is simply the best of the best, can't believe that people actually prefer Edge and Firefox. But I guess it comes down to what you look for in a browser.
