The Install/Uninstall is broken now with the turned on "Disable Service controls" flag, because Installer can't stop the service. I want to remove this flag, because admin can anyway remove the service by: - deleting it, so it'll be pended for deletion - killing the service.

@ tnodir blue screen of death while installing version 3.8.3 Was left with unbootable system. reinstalled windows only then reinstalled version 3.8.3 clean system blue screen of death no 2 unbootable system again.. reinstalled windows installed v3.8.1 no issue then updated to3.8.3 and Boom. blue screen of death just to be clear blue screen of death happens while installing 3.8.3 it never made to the end of the install... on all 3 installs.
