    I have a question about how to add a new email account in TB on Windows compared to Linux (generally non-Windows).
    Does TB have different settings on Windows and Linux?
    The reason for asking is the recent discussion in the Linux thread. That discussion started with this post.
    In my TB Windows version you have to go to:
    Tools >
    Account Settings >
    Account Actions >
    Add Mail Account

    Others posted there that in non-Windows they have to go to:
    Edit >
    Account Settings >
    Account Actions >
    Add Mail Account

    See the difference? Tools vs Edit

    Do others on Windows have it in Tools or Edit?

    thats a fact, however. depends of authors thoughts. becky! mail includes account settings in "tools" like firefox in windows. you have to ask mozilla why they deal it different.
