    Read your post and decided to give it a try, my first impressions were that it's the most beautiful looking piece of software I've seen. However, it takes ages to backup, no comparison to either Reflect or Image for Windows

    check your settings. for me, R-drive image is very fast backing up and restoring, only slightly slower than Image for Windows. Macrium Reflect is way slower if you set the compression to the same level.
