Border issues

    pxWidth 5 + Top, left and right OK. Bottom no good.

    pxWidth 4 3 2 or 1 All borders gone

    On any pxWidth bottom border is slightly misplaced .

    If msft creates a to big window and then only renders part of it there isn't much that could easily be done about this
