Even with glasses, the present forum font is hard on my aged 92 eyeballs. I am hoping for a font option that is a bit larger and darker. Please!

In the meantime, you can adjust size and colour with a simple rule in uBlock Origin. :)
    Code:
    www.wilderssecurity.com##*:style(font-size: 102% !important; color: #000000 !important;)

I don't know how to make a rule in Ublock Origin. I know how to open "My Rules" but -- there is NO "Add a rule" button. So.. how do I do it?

In the meantime have you tried going to the bottom left of the main forum page and just below the word Forum change your font to 'Fluid'

Sorry, you have to paste the rule in "My filters".

Of the 3 options, Fluid was the best -- still too small.

Many thanks for pointing this option out. I had never noticed it before.

@nicolaasjan -- I did the paste in & clicked "Save". The rule disappeared..

In your browser can you not set the font size for the forum?
In Vivaldi I could set the font on this page to 170% bigger if I want, for example..

Are you sure you were in the "My filters" tab?
Paste in and hit "Apply changes" :

102% breaks design. pixel or better: em.
or even better: "ctrl +" for Zoom. this also respects the complete design. (in css: "media screen" conditions)

For Windows, I'm using Slimjet browser -- a Chrome clone.

Oddly enough, when I visit Wilders with Chromium browser, using Linux as my OS, the font at Wilders is quite clear & readable -- with NO tweaking at all. Go figure!

Depends on your used windows. Windows 7? cleartype is ancient.
i dont have any font issues with windows 10 or 11, firefox or edge.
    windows is set to 100%.

but there exists fonts that use sub pixels in grey-tones and not colored, its visible with a magnifier glass.

    fonts in this page:
    body: font: 13px / 1.231 arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;
    message text: font-family: verdana, sans-serif

linux is different with some fonts to windows.
