So far i do like it. It seems a very well thought out and simple program with a pleasing GUI for offering the user features included.
OK. I might decide to try it one day. It's a very small installer. Only 4.57 MB. I wonder if it can run portably.

I've been looking at the website, and I couldn't understand how or why they offered a completely free image backup application that appears to offer a lot of functionality, including incremental, differential and full backups. I was reading through the FAQs, and I found this. What will be offered in the paid Professional version, we'll have to wait and see.
Perfect Backup 1.6.0 Build 204 Released (December 12, 2022) Website Download (or via: Majorgeeks / Softpedia) (4.56 MB): https://www.perfect-backup.com/download/pb-setup.exe
I thought I'd give this a go. It installed quickly and my first impression was that this has a nice user-friendly interface. But one thing is missing (at least not apparent) - a provision to create a Perfect Backup rescue disk. So unless I'm missing something, I wouldn't call this 'Perfect'.
This is a File Backup utility, not an imaging System. Rescue disks are not required to deal with the DATA they create...

Thanks @mood for keeping up with this one. It comes in very handy as a useful backup for folders/files in a neat package for storing or moving between systems.
New User asks: Why is Perfect Backup taking 28 hours+ to backup 840 MB of files? I installed the free ver of Perfect Backup on a Win 7 Desktop.I'm doing my very first Backup [Full] of the same files that were stored on Google Drive as a total of 840 MB [regular, not Zipped] & took,I believe,45 min when I used the free ver of EaseUSTodo. It's already taken 14 hrs & it appears that will take at least that much longer. I'm not using WiFi & my internet upload speed is 11.4 MBPS [Download is 90 MBPS].Why is Perfect Backup taking 28 hours+ to backup 840 MB of files?
The only thing i can think of is that it in reality is fashioned for localized computer files moving only in spite of that it does show CLOUD on the GUI and maybe not really equipped to backup over the internet. Does that seem right?
Thanks,Yes,maybe! But the cloud setting is fully documented In the Interface & User Guide. Do you think most users [including yourself] are not uploading to the cloud? Or Possibly Perfect Backup is not really designed for use on Win7? EaseUSTodo in 2023 no longer supports Win7,otherwise I would continue to use it! ---------------------------------------------- I have 177GB free space on 500GB PC I am not using any security software;but Windows Defender is on. Almost all of these files are Guitar Pro files: .GP6 .GPX which I can actually observe taking 30 sec to 1 minute each to upload; a few are DOC, DOCX, PDF’s & JPG files 1 small DOCX file took 2-3 min to upload.
Hard to say @Roark H - I use it via a schedule and it backs up fine (and fast) only it's done on this end locally to a SD Card or can be saved to other external medium fine as well. Your thinking on it with Windows 7 may be something too. One wouldn't think so because you know your upload travel is more than adequate as you pointed out. All those HOURS slow as molasses for only a less than gigabyte of data is way unacceptable i agree.
